Full Property Rewire
Most houses in the UK have old wiring, which may not always be up to the regulations of today. The recommendation of having a rewire conducted is 25 - 30 years due to the cables decaying.
Top Tip: The way to tell if you are on the 'old' wiring system is if the wires are RED and BLACK. The 'new' wiring is coloured BLUE and BROWN.
Kitchen & Bathroom Installs
If you are looking to upgrade your kitchen or bathroom, you will want to have a detailed plan of action to include location of sockets, switches and accessories. This would include locations for equipment that is regularly used and where works best for you (that comply with the current regulations).
We can help you with this where required.
PAT Testing
PAT testing is essential in safely running a business, to ensure than not only you and your employees are save from hazards, but also the clients that may come into contact with your equipment. Conducting an annual PAT test within your business will also help to ensure you are abiding with the current regulations and will also ensure your business insurance will protect you in the event of an incident occurring with relation to an electrical equipment.
Domestic Installation
If you are looking to upgrade any appliances, we can assist you by conducting the installation for items such as fitted ovens, extractor fans, cooker hoods, electric showers, installing additional sockets, light switches, outside lights and sockets, smoke alarms, CO2 alarms. We are happy to use products you have already purchased, as long as they fit the current regulations, otherwise we can suggest an alternative or offer a supply and install.

Consumer Unit Upgrades
Upgrading your consumer unit is included in a full property rewire as standard, however if you only require an upgrade consumer unit this is something we can do for the old / new wiring system.
This will be supplied and fitted by ourselves due to the velocity and importance of having the correct products installed safely to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Fixing Broken Accessories
If you have any broken accessories within your property, to include damaged sockets / plugs, switches, lights, fused spurs, thermal damage, etc we will be happy to repair them where applicable and safe to do so, or replace them.
Feel free to send us images of the damaged appliance, we will deliver our experienced, honest advice and quote accordingly where necessary.
